Singburi was 11/10 magnificent. Lovely and super well informed service, our waiter gave so many terrific recommendations. INCREDIBLE food. Honestly guys. The aubergine pad phet is easily one of the best dishes I’ve had this year. A masterpiece of texture and flavour. Will be dreaming of it forever more. £160 altogether for 2 people, ordered (almost) every dish under the sun, a delightful Paloma each, and a lovely bottle of wine too. Well worth it!

Loved it here, really surprised me !! If you’re gonna get one thing on the menu, get the aubergine. Recommended by the lovely waiters and WAS THE BEST THING IVE EATEN IN A LONG TIME. The crispy rice salad literally transported me back to thailand and the massaman curry was delicious but could be spicier. Polite staff (even when they needed us to leave quickly) and great sharing plates. All round would recommend, go with a big group to try a taste of everything!

Absolutely ridiculous experience, I will never be coming back. I booked a table for 17:30 and we were seated around 17:40 cause we came 10 mins late. The very first thing the waitress said to us was “You have 1 hour and 20 minutes left.” I completely understand that restaurants can be busy on a Friday night and may need tables back, but the way it was handled made us feel rushed and unwelcome from the moment we sat down. We had been introduced to the menu and not even 2 minutes later, she came back asking if we were ready to order. I even asked her to leave the menu in case we wanted to order more food later, but she replied, “It’s better to order everything now because it’s going to get busy later.” I work in the hospitality industry myself, so I know very well that taking additional orders later is not some huge inconvenience. Throughout the entire meal, she constantly rushed to clear the table, making us feel incredibly uncomfortable and unable to properly enjoy our food or relax. It honestly felt like we were being pushed out the entire time. After only 50 minutes, we had finished eating but were still enjoying our drinks when she suddenly started clearing the table, even taking away my friend’s drink, and immediately brought us the bill. We pointed out that we still had plenty of time left, but she responded, “There’s another table coming and you guys were late though. I’ll check with my manager.” She never came back after that. To make things even worse, it genuinely felt like the staff were talking about us behind the bar, as several waiters kept looking over at us with strange expressions, which made the whole situation even more uncomfortable and embarrassing. Such a disappointing experience. No customer should be made to feel like a burden while simply trying to enjoy a meal.

Food was very good. It was slightly salty but balanced and seemed appropriate for the sauces. More meat than vegetable options. Meats were correctly cooked; I hate it when meat is over cooked but my chicken, beef and pork were all very tender. LOVED the lychee sour if you like sweet and sour. Service seemed rush to make room for a large group but I’m sure they would have been fine if we lingered. Ambience is more hip and street food style rather than traditional Thai. I would definitely go back.

Love the pork belly! It’s definitely one of the most flavourful I’ve had in London🤤 Lots of fat in the lamb and they were a bit hard to eat and chew, but overall it was not too greasy The aubergine was quite salty and basically hard to swallow without the rice. With the rice, it’s a very delicious dish The crispy rice salad was crunchy and refreshing
