The only rooftop bar overlooking the Venice Beach boardwalk and the Pacific Ocean, perfect for sunset drinks.

We stopped by to relax for a bit, and at first, we weren’t too impressed with the dinner menu since the options were pretty limited mostly drinks. We honestly just ordered a few things and planned to leave right after. 😂 But wow, we were pleasantly surprised by how generous the portions were! 🤣 The food was really good, especially the tacos they were definitely the highlight! And the best part? The amount we paid for everything we ate was surprisingly affordable. Good food, great value, and a beautiful view to top it all off! We’ll definitely be back to try their lunch menu next time.
Spire 73 has incredible views of DTLA, watching the sunset from up here is breathtaking. I highly recommend making a reservation in advance if you want a table, otherwise, there’s a bar area and two couches available on a first come, first served basis. The place can get crowded, but the vibe is great, the drinks are solid, and the bartenders are really friendly. A cool fact I learned, it’s the tallest open air rooftop bar in the Western Hemisphere. They play music, but I do wish they had a DJ to give it more of a party vibe, though I think they prefer to keep things more chill.
This place is honestly one of the most underrated spots in Los Angeles. It’s located at the top of one of the tallest skyscrapers, and the view is absolutely breathtaking — you get a full panoramic look over the entire city, and the best part is that access is completely free. The atmosphere feels relaxed but still special, perfect if you want to enjoy the skyline without dealing with overcrowded tourist spots. The drinks were really good — refreshing, well-made, and reasonably priced for a location like this. What I really loved is how easy it is to get in compared to other rooftop places in LA. No complicated reservations or long waits, just a smooth experience from start to finish. Definitely a place I’d come back to, especially around sunset.
Can't imagine a better review of downtown Los Angeles. The service was excellent. If you're in the area or even a local, it's worth trying at least once. Get there at least 30 minutes before sunset for a great show.
Views were gorgeous. Food was excellent. Service was impeccable(was offered a soft blanket when the waiter noticed me shivering) 10/10 experience. I would go back and reccomend for anyone if you want a unique LA dining experience! I had no wait but I had a reservation so I would reccomend that!
