Came here for my birthday and i must say that it’s one that I won’t never forget. The food here is delicious. One of the best steaks I’ve had. The drinks were on point and the table side dessert is phenomenal! Highly recommended !❤️

What an incredible meal! The Ultimate Tasting Menu was definitely the right choice for our first visit, but we’re excited to try the rest of the menu on our future visits. Food is perfectly cooked and a lot of the dishes are thought-provoking, but you don’t have to be super adventurous to enjoy this meal. Ambience is casual but can also be dressy, choose your own adventure! We went dressed down and it was perfectly fine. But their bar area is really nice so dressing up would fit right in too! The entire team was amazing! We set in front of the chefs counter and I’ve never seen a group of chefs that seem like they truly enjoy their jobs, they were having so much fun! And the wait team was superb, our waters were always filled and plates quickly cleared, so attentive. We had the pleasure of Abu who was just so welcoming and friendly and really elevated our experience. If you like fine dining or just want a taste of Spain, then this a must-go when you’re in Vegas!

I had a great experience here, food quality was amazing and our server was very personable. Made the atmosphere to be fun and light. I was blown away by some of the complex flavours of certain dishes. The caviar cone was bulgogi flavoured, that tasted amazing. The Cotten candy foie gras was absolutely delicious, it didn’t feel heavy at all. The sweetness cut through the usual foie gras flavour so well. The chef was innovative and it actually worked, would come back just for some of those specific dishes. Even as someone that doesn’t like olives, but have tried olive themed dishes at tasting menus’ in Spain, the way that they presented the olive dish here was very unique. With an exceptionally complex flavour profile.

Beautiful space. We had the tasting and it was amazing. The waiter and assistant were attentive and very friendly and helpful with the entire process and even threw in some Happy anniversary gifts which were fabulous. We look forward to coming back!

The service was exceptional, truly among the best I have ever experienced. The restaurant itself is quiet, clean, and very pleasant, and the hospitality from Alex and the team was outstanding. I have dined at many fine dining restaurants, and the level of service here stands out as one of the best by far. As for the food, the pig dish was decent, but it felt overpriced for the quality. The chicken croquetas were average, while the pork skin was very good. Overall, the food was enjoyable, but not particularly memorable or extraordinary. The stewed beef was tender and good as well. Fyi the onion soup it's a shot only. The desserts were the highlight of the meal. They were absolutely excellent, with wonderful textures and flavor. The is a proper attire required.
