The Surf Club Restaurant was one of the most impressive dining experiences we’ve had in a while. From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely elite—attentive, polished, and executed at a level that is rare to find. The entire evening felt special, and it’s easy to see why this restaurant has earned its Michelin star. We visited as a party of six and ordered a wide variety of dishes to share, allowing us to experience much of the menu. Every single item was exceptional. The bacon appetizer was outstanding, and the beef Wellington was quite simply the best I’ve ever had. The true ribeye was also a standout and unlike any steak I’ve had before, making it difficult to choose a favorite between the two. The atmosphere was elegant and lively, and it certainly didn’t hurt spotting a few celebrities throughout the evening. Between the phenomenal food, world-class service, and unforgettable atmosphere, this was an incredible experience from start to finish. We can’t wait to return.

I’m not quite sure how you don’t give this place 5 stars. We had an incredible meal, and the service was 6 stars. They were so friendly. All the servers said “nice to meet you” instead of “thank you for coming” which was very striking. We got the table side Caesar and unfortunately I feel like I got an abnormally small portion after looking at social media. But the flavor was incredible. Followed that up with the salmon, and it was the most flavorful dish I’ve had in a while. The wife got the truffle Alfredo which I now want every day, forever. After much deliberation we ended up going with the coconut chiffon cake with key lime crème anglaise for dessert. We asked about 4 employees if they would do that or the chocolate cake and ended up with the coconut even though most said chocolate cake. It was awesome, would get another for breakfast. Ultimately it was an awesome experience for my first TK restaurant, and I’m super happy I went.

Beautiful ambiance, definitely reserve the club room when making your reservation. The jumbo lump crab cake was delicious, as were the lobster thermidore and lamb chops. Everything however was a bit heavy-handed on the salt to be a bit distracting, but we enjoyed it all nonetheless. A great meal and we would return to try other things.

We have tried all of Thomas Keller's restaurants and ultimately everything turned out to be very good but never great. This is how I would describe the Surf Club. The menu consists of well known dishes but there are no surprises - everything is cooked well and tasty but not memorable. The best dish is the Ceasar's salad which is prepared table side, using raw eggs (!) and is a must-order simply for the show. Everything seemed to order it. The crab cakes were very good - crispy crust and big chunks of crab with a spicy mayo on the side - worth it. Lumache Alla Vodka was also good, with the pasta cooked just right and a nice spicy kick to the sauce. The almonds on the European Sea Bass made the fish - toasted and slightly caramelized paired with a very good sea bass. Get it if you are in the mood. The oysters Rockefeller are simply ok but not worth reordering. The chocolate layer cake was also very good but not extraordinary and typically of any good pastry shop's version. Finally the service is what you would expect of a Michelin Star, which was precise and well executed although our waiter has a pretty bland personality compared to the guy serving the table next to us.

Outstanding. Great vibe. Incredible staff. Delicious food. They were very very accommodating of food allergies. The whole aura was incredible. I went two nights in a row! Highly highly recommend. The truffle pasta was a bit of a sticker shock ($215 for 1 entre) but the homemade almond flower pasta and freshly shaved truffle was worth it.
