We loved our stay at The Guild! The staff is kind and the property is great! The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. Everything in the hotel is intentional and you can see their attention to detail throughout. Their coffee and matcha is fantastic and I appreciate that they make their syrups in house compared to other hotels that buy their syrups. The iced pandan vanilla matcha was genuinely out of this work. We had breakfast and cocktails twice and both times the food and drinks were amazing! I'd highly recommend this place!

This hotel was so nice to me and the stay was amazing. I had a major issue happen in my life while staying here and the staff could not have been nicer. I highly recommend this hotel. The bar staff are some of the nicest people around and will remember you from day to day. They go out of their way to make you feel good.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately our experience with the valet service at The Guild was extremely disappointing, with very unwelcoming and plain rude staff members. On one particular morning, we requested our vehicle at approximately 8:45 AM. After waiting around 30 minutes, the car still had not arrived, so we asked again. We were told it would take another 5–10 minutes. In total, it took approximately 45 minutes to receive the vehicle, which is honestly an excessive wait time. When the car finally arrived, we immediately noticed damage to the front of the vehicle that had not been there before. When we asked about it, the valet driver responded dismissively, stating that he had not driven the car previously and offered no further assistance. There was no attempt to investigate or help. We understand that valet services often have liability disclaimers, but professionalism and accountability should still be a priority. Unfortunately, when the issue was raised inside the lobby, we were met with denial regarding the timing of our request rather than any effort to resolve the situation. No manager came to speak with us, and no meaningful assistance was provided. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience that significantly impacted our stay, and we will not be returning.

Have stayed at this hotel in the past and it had been good. This last trip was horrible. No mention of construction when booking, but the lobby bar and courtyard were all closed. No outdoor space at all to relax only the very small room. Room shower leaked all over the floor and the ac stopped working. When I mentioned this to the staff they shrugged. Also forgot to ask if I wanted points upon arrival for my status. Overall it was a bummer and I will be staying at one of the many other hotels in the area for my next SD trip.

We had a wonderful stay at The Guild Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were so nice and accommodating, always ready to help with anything we needed. Anytime an issue came up they were right there to sort it out without any hassle. We especially wanted to mention Jose, who was just fantastic throughout our whole stay. Always friendly, always helpful and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a great time. It really made such a difference having someone like that around. We would absolutely recommend The Guild Hotel and would not hesitate to come back. The staff really do make it a special place to stay!
