Pendry is a stunning, luxurious hotel located in the heart of downtown, offering easy access to popular attractions, fine dining, and vibrant nightlife. It is an ideal choice for both business travelers and active visitors seeking comfort and convenience. Roman and Logan provided exceptional, attentive service with friendly smiles, ensuring every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. My room featured large floor-to-ceiling windows with a breathtaking view of the bay, and it was impeccably maintained, always spotless. Maria Consuelo was one of the most diligent staff members, consistently ensuring I had fresh coffee, bottles of water, and a neatly made bed each day. My spa treatments at the on-site wellness center were incredibly relaxing, with skilled therapists providing calming therapies that rejuvenated my senses. The breakfast at Provisional Kitchen was convenient and delicious, with a menu featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Juan, my server, attentively listened to all my requests and made excellent recommendations. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I am already looking forward to returning soon.

Nice place to stay. My wife and I spent 3 days here in February while in town for a business conference with a couple of her colleagues. We were on the 11th floor and had a nice view. They have loaner guitars if you ask. They're Taylor GS Mini Koa's. Nice guitars. Well stocked bar and refrigerator in the room. The snacks were a bit on the stale side, though. The hotel is walking distance to many restaurants, shops and attractions. We walked to the Seaport Village and did a little shopping. We saw very few homeless people while we walked around. The weather was perfect. Sunny and mid 70's to low 80's A nice break from the dreary Puget Sound February weather.

Was celebrating our birthday here for 2 nights and we were really surprised by the amazing service here. We usually don't expect much hospitality staying in hotels in America but they definitely go above and beyond. Daniel checked us in and he was very accommodating and friendly. We had a bit of misunderstanding that was completely our fault but they were quick to resolve it. Our son was given a rabbit plushie and that was such a nice touch for a hotel to do for children. Definitely kid friendly here and would highly recommend any Pendry location for their exemplary service. Thank you to all the staff, we are very grateful!

We had such a great experience at the Pendry San Diego. One moment that really stood out was when we walked into Lionfish around 9:45 PM, not realizing they were about to close at 10 PM. Gary, the general manager, was incredibly kind and sent us a pie to go on the house just so we could still try it even though we came in so late. That level of thoughtfulness really left an impression on us. Beyond that, every staff member we interacted with throughout the hotel was friendly, accommodating, and attentive. The property is very clean, well maintained, and the service is excellent. Even at the pool and hot tub, the staff were incredibly attentive and brought us towels right when we were getting out without us even asking. It was those small details that really made the stay feel special. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting San Diego. Great property, but even better people.

I recently stayed at the Pendry San Diego and really enjoyed my experience. The decor and overall atmosphere are beautiful and stylish without feeling pretentious, and the hotel has a warm, cozy vibe that makes it easy to relax. The location is excellent for exploring San Diego, and my corner room was especially nice, comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Service throughout my stay was consistently friendly and professional, and the hotel felt very clean in all the common areas as well. I also had a great meal at Provisional, the hotel restaurant, the food was genuinely good, not just “hotel good,” and the space itself is really inviting. My only real complaint is the bathroom setup in the room. The design looks modern, but it doesn’t offer much privacy, which can be awkward if you’re sharing the room. Overall, I’d still recommend the Pendry San Diego for its decor, atmosphere, location, and service, especially if the bathroom privacy issue isn’t a big concern for you.
