A Huge 5 star shout out to Aiden at the front desk. The entire 10 days we stayed there, he always went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. Also all the guys at the valet were absolutely professional and personable. Rooms were clean and the location was great.
Tasi James and tim were awesome, they were very nice, and a perfect view of the ocean by the pier, thank you for the hospitality… Carlos was super nice and honest as hell and turned my wallet, and Haley was the best up front! Wonderful visit in all!!! Thanks!
What a great hotel! Location is right on the beach and boardwalk. Great people watching from the sun deck and our balcony. Free cruiser bikes let us go up and down the boardwalk all the way to the jetties on Mission Beach. Lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance on the boardwalk or in town. We can't wait to come back.
Oh my goodness! Everything was wonderful! The location is perfect; the rooms are wonderful; and the staff is amazing! We could not have asked for better! Again, the entire staff is so kind and accommodating, but the valet, Austin, just went above and beyond the entire trip. He always greeted us with a smile, no matter how many times we made him run for our car; he gave us advice on what to do and where to go; and he just made us feel welcome.
We stayed at Tower 23 Hotel on April 6th, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful from the start. The elevator was not working during our stay, and traveling with a 2-year-old and a stroller made things extremely difficult. We had to carry everything up and down the stairs ourselves, and no assistance was offered by the hotel at all. I had clearly noted on my reservation and also called twice requesting non-alcoholic beverages, yet we were still given alcohol. This showed a complete lack of attention to guest requests. Additionally, when a package was delivered for us, it was left in the room without proper coordination. I had specifically asked the front desk to deliver it after 9 PM when we would return, but this request was ignored. Overall, while the location is beautiful, the service was unacceptable. For the price paid, this hotel did not meet even basic expectations. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.
