Młoda Polska delivers exactly what is missing from many modern concepts: a genuine soul and a vibrant sense of place. Sitting in the lively bistro atmosphere, you instantly feel connected to the energy of the room. The kitchen handles the balance between traditional comfort and modern refinement with great confidence. The green asparagus with a rich, glossy hollandaise was fresh and absolutely perfect. The same level of precision went into the cod, which was flawlessly cooked and beautifully balanced. It is comfort food elevated to a high technical standard. The liquid side of the menu deserves its own praise. The Espresso Martinis were excellent, and their homemade plum shots added a brilliant, authentic touch to the evening. The service was professional, warm, and friendly throughout the night. They maintained a great rhythm right up until the very end, where our dessert order was unfortunately forgotten in the shuffle. But in a place with this much nerve and hospitality, a minor slip is easily forgiven. Młoda Polska is a beautiful example of how to modernize a food culture without losing its heart.
Delicious food with amazing customers service. Everything was top there, starters were outstanding, especially tatar and ravioli from home grown pumpkin. Best duck breast I ever had, very soft and full of flavour. Schabowy of size of whole plate. Just outstanding! And incredible brownie for desserts. Absolutely recommended and will return whenever possible.
If this were a restaurant in London, it would be booked out for weeks. Really pleasantly surprised by the quality and creativity shown in Polish cuisine by the restaurant (we were told by Baba that this their sister restaurant). The starters were such a standout - the whipped butter that came with the bread was so good I asked where I could buy some home. The asparagus, the potato stack, the tartare, etc. had great flavours and textures. Mains were also solid wins. Our table had the pork schnitzel and duck breast. Cost was very reasonable at about £30-35/pax.
The food was absolutely delicious, we’ve ordered a duck which was so soft you could probably cut it with a spoon but pink at the same time. My husband had beef cheeks which he highly enjoyed as well. Highly recommend, a definite must do for any foodie visiting Wroclaw !
It was bustling for a week night, we were lucky to get a table. Food was pretty good here. Enjoyed the borsch and the pierogi. The duck was also cooked really nicely. Service was minimal but they were vvvv busy though.
