A must-visit when in Wrocław. It’s an incredible feeling to experience contemporary art inside a former war shelter, a powerful contrast between history and creativity.
Here’s the English translation: ⸻ The museum is great because each floor has its own exhibition. They’re quite different and interesting, so you’ll definitely find something for yourself :) There’s a children’s playroom and, I believe, a café on the rooftop. Overall, I recommend it: the building has an interesting layout and there’s a wide variety of themes. The optimal time to explore it — for me, it took about an hour. There's also an elevator to each floor :)
Not often you get to enjoy art in a former Nazi air-raid bunker. Space dictates the experience pretty heavily. Enjoyable selection of stuff regardless.
It is worthwhile to visit just because of the building architecture and rooftop cafe with terrace. The exhibition itself is not impressive unless you are true fan of the modern art; temporary exhibitions can be good though. Fortunately ticket cost is 14PLN per adult.
I have visited nice free event , workshop how to breath and react on contemporary art. So fit for Friday evening, after that I changed my mind how to observe contemporary art objects.
